Online Applications: By completing an online application form, you are inviting us to engage with you in order to ascertain whether or not you qualify for our services. However, please note that you will need to complete a formal application document (“Loan Application”) and submit it to us. You must meet our minimum qualifying criteria (that are determined in our sole discretion) before we will process any Loan Application. 

Hierarchy: In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the terms contained in any Loan Application, the terms of the Loan Application will take precedence.

Specific Conditions for All Applications:

• We have no obligation to provide you with funding, and you have no right to demand funding merely because you completed an application.
• If Your application is unsuccessful, we will advise you and you will have no claim against us whatsoever.
• Additional conditions are set out in the Loan Application form required for all applications to be considered.
  
  

Intellectual Property: All materials, texts, drawings, graphics, logos, icons and any data made available on the website as well as the Loan Application document (“materials”) are owned by us and are therefore protected by both South African and international intellectual property laws. Accordingly, any unauthorised copying, reproduction, retransmission, distribution, dissemination, sale, publication, broadcast or other circulation or exploitation of the materials or any component thereof will constitute an infringement of such copyright and other intellectual property rights. All intellectual property rights related to the provision of our services shall vest exclusively in us and nothing in these Terms will be considered a transfer, assignment or disposal of either of our rights. Further, you may not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any portion of the website or the materials.
